Our RetrofitM PHOENIX AMS are rfurbished milking robots that have already been successfully used by farmers. Our mission is to overhaul these systems to present standard and thus to offer a real alternative to buying new. And of course at a lower price!
The RetrofitM principle stands for reliable quality. All robots are systematically checked, brought consistently up to date and can start a second life with high reliability
RetrofitM offers certified quality for complete milkings systems or expansion boxes. The RetrofitM principle not only offers an alternative to new milking robots, but also ensures the availability of efficient MIone robots for years to come.
We also secure the supply of expansion boxes for existing milking systems, so that the system can be expanded in the future.
RetrofitM plants are sold exclusively through the GEA-sales centers, so that farmers can use the usual service. RetrofitM is ensuring the systems quality.
Used MIone milking systems will be overhauled according to a precise plan and made fit for the 2nd life. All systems are thoroughly tested and the present condition ist documented.
After that, all wearing parts are exchanged consequently. As a next step, we carry out a modernization (in particular electrical and pneumatic) of the milking robots.
The final step of our process is the full function test and certification, so that the customer gets a reliable milking system. The Phoenix milking robot is now ready for delivery.
